Autumn Communications is a full-service PR and marketing firm seeking a Vice President of Talent and Creator to lead strategic campaigns and drive new business. Based in the greater Tri-State area or LA, you’ll manage influencer partnerships and nurture senior client relationships with a focus on culture, entertainment, and lifestyle.

You’ll supervise cross-functional teams, refine processes, and identify key influencers for paid and earned opportunities, while overseeing proposals and contract

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in roles related to talent, campaigns, or agency leadership.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and influencer partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Mansioni

• Identify and cultivate influencer opportunities for paid and earned media.
• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to post-campaign reporting.
• Lead cross-functional client communications and negotiate with brands/influencers.
• Develop and refine campaign timelines, budgets, and creative briefs.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
• Draft proposals, contracts, and presentations for agency use.
• Lead kickoff calls and provide optimization recommendations.
