ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Relations to lead influencer partnerships and campaigns. You will manage day-to-day executions, scale creator programs, and coordinate with agencies while negotiating contracts and optimizing initiatives for new product launches across digital channels.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, strong communication, and deep knowledge of the beauty creator landscape. Hybrid onsite in California with an emphasis on operational rigor.

Formación

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, PR, and/or digital media, with a strong focus on hands-on influencer operations.
• Minimum 4+ years of dedicated, direct experience managing digital influencer marketing campaigns and creator networks.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Execution & Management: Develop and manage brand influencer partnerships, events, and always-on campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting.
• Creator Strategy Implementation: Execute multi-tiered creator strategy across platforms to drive daily awareness and engagement.
• Agency & Partner Coordination: Serve as the primary operational contact for agency partners and track agreements.
• Contract Administration & Negotiation: Lead negotiations and development for paid influencer partnerships and activations.
• Initiative Optimization: Optimize influencer initiatives to maximize performance for product launches and core franchises.
• Briefing & Contracting Oversight: Oversee creator contracting, talent vetting, and creative briefing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to fulfill partnership requests and content needs.
• Network Tracking & Reporting: Manage influencer network growth and campaign reporting.
