Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking a Manager, Influencer Marketing to drive end-to-end influencer campaigns. You will support strategy development, partner negotiations, and cross-functional delivery, ensuring client goals are met on time.

You will collaborate with influencers and clients, manage timelines, and optimize content, while working in a flexible, hybrid environment across multiple hubs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ minimum applicable experience; agency experience preferred.
• Strong project management abilities and skills.
• Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ or Captiv8.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Manager in developing influencer strategies across clients.
• Create and present influencer partner recommendations and campaign briefs.
• Forecast project impact and manage timelines across teams.
• Negotiate creator partnerships and manage influencer invoicing.
• Track campaigns and report progress to leadership and clients.
• Oversee CreatorIQ campaigns and ensure FTC compliance.
• Assist in new business pitches and content optimization.
