Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to lead influencer marketing initiatives from strategy to delivery, ensuring client goals are met and campaigns drive measurable results.

You will support with developing influencer strategies, manage timelines, negotiate with creators, track budgets, and present campaign outcomes to clients. A strong PM background and familiarity with CreatorIQ or Captiv8 are key assets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ minimum applicable experience; agency experience preferred.
• Strong project management abilities and skills.
• Solution-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ or Captiv8.
• Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing in strategy development across clients and categories.
• Own influencer partner recommendations, campaigns briefs and messaging.
• Assist with project impact forecasting and timelines.
• Collaborate with influencer partners to deliver quality content on time.
• Manage negotiations to ensure financially sound creator partnerships.
• Track campaign progress and report to leadership and clients.
