Mammoth Brands is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to shape Lume and Mando’s creator strategy in NYC. You will build partnerships, manage campaigns, and leverage creator relationships to drive brand relevance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in influencer marketing with high‑impact collaborations.
• Experience working with an influencer agency.
• Strong consumer focus and trend awareness.
• Excellent communication to inspire cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end influencer strategies to boost brand awareness and cultural relevance.
• Manage all sponsored creator partnerships from casting to post‑campaign recaps.
• Develop and scale gifting programs to foster long‑term creator relationships.
• Lead influencer contract negotiations and usage rights.
• Collaborate with Social, Performance Marketing, Events, and Brand teams.
• Support brand moments through creator partnerships.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into future strategy.
