Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing account management in marketing/advertising/influencer marketing
• Minimum 2 years hands-on influencer marketing experience across talent sourcing, negotiations, content strategy, paid/organic amplification, reporting
• Experience leading and executing digital/social media plans focused on influencer marketing
• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Act as main point-of-contact for clients, build strong brand relationships, and ensure exceptional service throughout campaigns
• Support, manage and execute post-sale influencer campaigns with timelines and deliverables
• Serve as day-to-day contact for influencers and align activities with brand objectives
• Lead on project management and creator onboarding/communications for complex projects
• Handle high-volume email communications with influencers, guide content development, ensure rollout aligns with goals
• Address client requests promptly with strategic guidance
• Identify trends and develop performance insights to drive recommendations
