Job summary

Gaui in Doral, FL seeks a Marketing Assistant to support influencer relations, PR, community management, content creation, launches, events, and day-to-day brand initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Director, and creative team to execute campaigns and keep communications flowing with creators, customers, and Gaui's community.

A major part of the role is building relationships with influencers, PR contacts, and our community, while helping manage day-to-day social

• Capable of capturing high-quality organic content on an iPhone.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and projects simultaneously.
• Spanish and English are highly valued.
• Must be comfortable traveling when required.

Responsibilities

• Support influencer, creator, stylist, talent, and PR outreach.
• Research and identify creators and partners aligned with Gaui.
• Coordinate influencer gifting, seeding, follow-ups, and product deliveries.
• Maintain organized influencer and PR databases.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and external partners.
• Manage day-to-day community interactions across social platforms.
• Respond to customer and community questions in a thoughtful, on-brand way.
• Start conversations and engage with comments and messages to deepen relationships.
• Gather recurring questions and community insights for the team.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots and events.
• Assist with photoshoot logistics and talent coordination.
• Monitor social media, creators, and relevant marketing opportunities.
• Support day-to-day marketing projects and deadlines.
• Travel for photoshoots, campaigns, events, and activations as needed.
