Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create and curate content for social media platforms.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.
• Weekly visit to studio/studios to capture content.
• Ad hoc visits to capture content for workshops, events, or new classes/teachers.
• Plan and develop social media campaigns.
• Create and maintain a social media calendar (IG / Facebook / TikTok).
• Meet monthly to review future plans and campaigns.
• Prepare a 30-day content calendar (3–7 posts/week).
• Provide monthly content inspiration and decks (including giveaways).
• Stay updated on trends and best practices.
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms.
• Measure campaign success with KPIs.
• Launch new location marketing campaigns.
• Engage with followers, customers, vendors, and partners.
• Foster daily follower growth with boosted posts.
• Organize events to increase brand awareness.
• Build influencer, media, and industry relationships.
• Identify target influencers and media partners.
• Seek coverage opportunities.
• Coordinate attendees for events.
• Manage events for new openings or acquisitions.
• Discuss and review collaboration opportunities with management.
• Coordinate with departments to align social media with goals.
• Develop brands and relationships with influencers and media.
