AspireIQ is seeking a Campaign Associate to join our Agency Services Team in a fully remote capacity. You will support influencer and social campaigns across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier results.

In this role, you’ll manage outreach, curate creator recommendations, negotiate terms, and help campaigns run efficiently while staying current on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational skills and resourcefulness.
• Clear, concise communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer outreach and selection.
• Curate top creator recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, including terms, details, approvals, fulfillment, and payments.
• Support Campaign Managers in project management.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance with platform analytics.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and strategies across major platforms.
