Job summary

ABL Recruitment is seeking a Brand-Creator Campaign Manager to lead influencer and creator-led campaigns across European markets from London. Hybrid role, 2-3 days in office, 6-month contract, 40 hours per week, PAYE employment, ASAP start.

You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns, collaborating with brands, creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver campaigns from concept to reporting, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing multi-stakeholder marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience coordinating across internal teams, partners and agencies.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent campaigns in fast-paced settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer and creator campaigns from planning through reporting.
• Support pitches and pre-sales activity with commercial teams.
• Coordinate with agency partners to meet schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Track KPIs and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Produce post-campaign reports and insights.
• Build relationships with brands, creators, agencies, and teams.
• Share best practices and guide stakeholders across the business.
• Manage multiple campaigns with high attention to detail.
