Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Creator & Influencer Manager to lead influencer campaigns from strategy to delivery. You will manage creator relationships, coordinate activities, support negotiations, and ensure campaigns align with client objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in influencer/creator marketing, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. This is a fully remote role with collaboration across Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media marketing, account management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer or creator marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of the influencer marketing lifecycle from identification to wrap-up.
• Ability to communicate clearly with creators, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns including outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, and management.
• Manage multiple campaigns with strong organization and follow-through.
• Maintain relationships with 50+ influencers/creators across campaigns.
• Track timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables to stay on schedule.
• Develop briefs, guidelines, messaging frameworks and materials.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and FTC disclosure requirements.
