This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations and administration of the IRA program at Blattner. The role involves comprehensive collaboration with Internal Controls, Site Teams, Avon departments, Subcontractors, and Sub‑Tiers to ensure adherence to Inflation Reduction Act prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements.
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum of 2–3 years progressive related experience required. Strong Excel skills required.
