The role involves comprehensive collaboration with Internal Controls, Site Teams, Avon departments, Subcontractors, and Sub-Tiers to ensure adherence to Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements. Key responsibilities include researching and resolving issues, document and file management, and training and educating site teams and Avon departments on IRA policies and standards, along with creating and maintaining essential documentation to facilitate program administration.
