We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find the perfect vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements.
• Match customers’ vehicle needs with current inventory.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Follow guidelines for handling internet inquiries.
• Assist customers in the showroom and build rapport for referrals.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
• Complete required training classes and certifications.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

• Virginia DMV Auto Sales License.
• Automotive sales experience.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: Salary + commission (not a draw). Schedule: A/B team, 1 week day off, closed Sundays.
