Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts (MA).
- Postgraduate training or work experience meeting at least 1 of: 1 year postgraduate training or 3 years acute care practice.
- Board certification in infectious diseases required within 18 months of hiring or equivalent.
- ASHP-accredited ID residency or fellowship preferred.
- Current board certification in infectious diseases is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospective audit and feedback to optimize antimicrobial use.
- Interpretation of microbiologic results and patient-centered regimen recommendations.
- Development and implementation of clinical guidelines and workflows; support regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and practice-related education for staff.
