Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to coordinate and supervise RN staff across University Hospital and Eastpark Medical Center. This 100% FTE, Monday–Friday role supports patient care and staff development.

You will lead nursing interventions, promote evidence-based practice, and assist the RN Clinic Manager with day-to-day operations, with BSN required and BLS upon hire.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 2 years RN experience required.
• 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• RN license in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide the work activities of the RN staff.
• Supervise the clinical teams at University Hospital and Eastpark Medical Center.
• Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and patient outcomes.
• Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.
