Job summary

Novus Adult Care Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, in-person roles across Bridgeport, PA and Doylestown, PA. The RN will provide care for infectious diseases, STD testing, HIV care, prevention, and patient education, with phlebotomy, specimen collection, and injections as needed.

The role includes supervising medical assistants, maintaining EMR records, and coordinating with health teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or diploma from an approved nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification
• CPR and ACLS as required
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a related field
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and emergency care
• Strong infection-control and health/safety knowledge
• Confidential patient-record management
• Proficiency with EMR, billing processes, and computer apps
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations
• Professional, compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Experience in infectious disease care or related specialties (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care focusing on infectious diseases, STD testing, HIV care, and education
• Perform testing, phlebotomy, injections, and administer medications per protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR and coordinate with external labs
• Assist with DoH reporting and HIPAA/HIV confidentiality compliance
• Supervise and train medical assistants and phlebotomists
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and assist with scheduling and supplies
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other clinicians to deliver care
