Job summary

Novus Adult Care Services in Doylestown, PA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide infectious disease care, STD testing and HIV treatment in a compassionate, LGBTQ-friendly environment. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, testing, treatment, prevention, and education, with duties across assessments and procedures.

You will work with NP colleagues, supervise MAs and phlebotomists, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain EMR records, and participate in rotating Saturday shifts

Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or diploma from an approved nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS certification; CPR/ACLS as required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in related field.
• Phlebotomy and specimen collection proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, infection control, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered healthcare focused on infectious diseases, STD testing and HIV care, prevention and education.
• Conduct patient assessments, obtain vital signs, prepare patients for examinations, and assist with examinations as needed.
• Administer testing, perform phlebotomy, injections, medications, and ensure protocols are followed; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Supervise and train medical assistants and phlebotomists; maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
