Job summary

NOVUS ADULT CARE SERVICES LLC in Doylestown, PA is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team. This in-person role emphasizes infectious disease care, STD testing, HIV care, prevention, and patient education in a compassionate, LGBTQ-friendly environment.

You will perform patient assessments, administer treatments, conduct testing, and manage documentation within the EMR while supporting Nurse Practitioners and collaborating with other health professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or diploma from an approved nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS certification and CPR/ACLS as required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care focused on infectious diseases, STD testing and treatment, HIV care and education.
• Conduct patient assessments and prepare patients for examinations.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and administer injections and therapies.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR and assist with reporting requirements.
• Supervise and train medical assistants and support staff.
