Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in NH.
• Two years of acute care experience.
• IV/PICC placement and management experience.
• Infectious disease experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of patient office visits.

• Triage patient phone calls.
• Document into the patient EMR.
• Provide education to patients.
