Job summary

The Center for Integrated Solutions for Infectious Diseases (CISID) is seeking a programmatic and technical contributor to support strategic planning and cross-institution collaboration. This Broad Institute-based role liaises with researchers and administrators across affiliated institutions to advance CISID’s mission in infectious diseases research and patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

PhD required with extensive experience in infectious diseases.
Strong project management skills to drive initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate across multiple institutions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor scientific strategy and operations plans for CISID.
Coordinate materials and agreements (MTAs, IRBs, reports, collaboration agreements) across affiliated institutions.
Maintain CISID website and plan professional development, events, and trainee opportunities.
Organize scientific activities such as retreats, symposia, and seminars.
Serve as liaison between research faculty, CISID Innovation Labs, and Clinical Research Units.
Evaluate programs to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Identify funding opportunities to support CISID’s scientific efforts.
