The Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Relations to lead corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and sponsored initiatives, reporting to the Senior Director of Development and guiding one direct report. Build pipelines, secure funding, and advance IDSA priorities through industry collaboration.

You will oversee advisory boards, roundtables, and workforce development initiatives, aligning partner interests with Foundation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven success developing partnerships and securing five- and six-figure opportunities.
• Strong proposal development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supervising staff and cross-department collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners and funders.
• Create strategies to secure new funding opportunities and sponsorships.
• Lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities with partners.
• Develop multi-year partnership agreements and engagement plans.
• Forecast revenue and prepare leadership dashboards.
