This full-time opportunity includes inpatient consultation and outpatient care across northern Michigan, with a 1:4 call schedule and a collaborative, patient-centered care model in a lakeside community.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified ID physician.
• Experience in inpatient consultation and outpatient care beneficial.
• Collaborative team teammate with PCPs and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for infectious diseases.
• Manage chronic infectious diseases individually or with primary care.
• Coordinate care with social work, care management, and other team members.
• Develop plans of care with patients and families.
