Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified Infectious Disease Physician to join its collaborative clinical team in Canton, Georgia. This full-time position offers a balanced inpatient consultative and outpatient clinic schedule. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive consulting and managing patients in outpatient settings. The role requires an MD or DO and completion of an Infectious Disease fellowship. Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of Georgia.
• Comfortable building outpatient clinic volume.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive infectious disease consultation for hospitalized patients.
• Manage and treat patients in an outpatient infectious disease clinic setting.
• Collaborate with medical and surgical specialists across the hospital.
• Participate in infection prevention, antimicrobial stewardship, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
