Job summary

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an ASHP residency in infectious disease, OR BPS Certification, OR equivalent clinical experience in direct patient acute pharmaceutical care, required.
Responsibilities
- Implement antimicrobial stewardship activities and act as a resource to physicians and caregivers.
- Evaluate and monitor antimicrobial therapy with emphasis on optimal dosing and duration.
- Develop and evaluate interventional strategies to improve antimicrobial utilization.
- Provide ongoing education to pharmacists, physicians, and staff on antimicrobial therapy.
