Infinite Medical P.C. invites applications for an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant in Cleveland, TX. This part-time role focuses on comprehensive care for infectious diseases, collaborating with a dedicated medical team to deliver high-quality services.

The position requires an NP/PA license, DEA, BLS, and a master's in nursing with recent infectious disease experience. EMR documentation experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted NP, PA, or MD license.
• DEA license.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified.
• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Graduated from an accredited NP program.
• A year of experience in Infectious Disease.
• EMR documentation experience preferred (Sigma, Visual, PCC); training provided.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and transport equipment and patients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join our team. As an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with infectious diseases. Responsibilities

• Conducting physical examinations
• Interpreting lab test
• Inform patients about their health conditions
• Propose treatment plans for chronic and acute infectious disease conditions
• Prescribe antibiotics and propose treatment plans

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• DEA License
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Infectious Disease
• Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided
• Must have great organizational and time management skills.
• Prolonged standing and walking on facility floors. Carrying a medical bag, laptop, tablet or diagnostic equipment. Bending, stooping, or assisting with positioning during exams. Navigating multi-level buildings, potentially with stairs or uneven surfaces. Lifting/moving patients.
