Qualifikationen

• Nurse Practitioner license (Florida) required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Expertise in primary, acute and chronic care.
• Knowledge of health care regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience.

Aufgaben

• Examine patients and medical records.
• Order and study diagnostic tests (blood work, imaging).
• Diagnose health conditions and illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and propose treatments.
• Oversee NP team and provide clinical feedback.
• Educate patients and families on diseases, prevention and treatments.
• Lead team meetings and onboarding of new NPs.
• Provide coverage at other Florida facilities as needed.
