Wright State University in Dayton, OH seeks a physician-leader to serve as the Infectious Disease Fellowship Program Director. The ideal candidate has an MD or DO with board certification in Infectious Disease, extensive clinician experience, and proven leadership in academic medicine.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Infectious Disease.
• 10+ years of clinician experience and 5+ years in medical education or administration.
• Active medical license.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ACGME standards and GME regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and oversee the Infectious Disease fellowship program.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME standards and institutional policies.
• Recruit fellowship candidates and participate in interviews/selection.
• Develop a comprehensive curriculum and supervise faculty.
• Foster a positive learning environment and mentor trainees.
