Premier Health, in partnership with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, seeks a physician leader to advance clinical education, research, and patient care across Southwest Ohio. You will guide academic medicine initiatives, manage resources, and foster collaboration among physicians,APPs, and staff.

This role emphasizes teaching excellence, strategic growth of the workforce, and integration of clinical programs with the university partners.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in area of specialty.
• 3-5 years or more of leadership experience.
• Active medical license.
• Active faculty or meets criterial to become faculty of BSOM.

Responsabilités

• Provide visionary and innovative leadership to the Division and Institute.
• Stabilize and grow the physician/advanced practice provider workforce.
• Foster teaching, research, and clinical education across medicine and related disciplines.
• Lead budget planning and fiscal management for financial sustainability.
• Oversee hospital call schedules and clinical coverage.
• Recruit, develop, and provide oversight for section chiefs.
• Promote community health initiatives and engage multiple stakeholders.
