Job summary

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or completion of externship program required.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and infection control practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assists with clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, wound care, sutures, injections, phlebotomy, vaccines, urine tests, EKGs.
• Prepares and cleans exam rooms for patient visits and procedures.
• Performs patient intake duties including reporting results and triage.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and schedules referrals as needed.
• Maintains organized workload and provides courteous service to providers, patients, and visitors.
• Monitors clinic supplies and ensures inventory levels.
