Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; PGY2 in Infectious Disease preferred.
• Active pharmacist license (RPH) in Georgia.
• Minimum three years clinical pharmacy experience; or PGY1 with ID residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide antimicrobial stewardship and manage ID-related therapies as prescribed.
• Document clinical interventions and track outcomes.
• Participate in Wellstar P&T Committee and Antimicrobial Subcommittee.
• Develop drug protocols; assist in formulary maintenance and regulatory readiness.
• Educate healthcare practitioners and serve as a preceptor for students.
