Qualifications

• Unrestricted Advance Practice License in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Advance Practice Provider.
• Credentialed by AAHIVM.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for people living with HIV and chronic infectious diseases.
• Implement plans of care in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Educate patients regarding their chronic diseases and healthy choices.
