• Quality Assurance (QA): Monitor, audit, and enhance clinical systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Staff Development Coordinator (SDC): Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff.
• Infection Preventionist (IP): Lead infection control efforts, maintain CDC & CMS guideline compliance, and promote a safe environment.
