Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in Oregon is required.
• RN licensure in Oregon is preferred.
• Current certification in Infection Control is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training needs with the Administrator and nursing leadership.
• Develop and update staff development policies and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure CNA/state-mandated training and certification are completed.
• Oversee orientation, in-service education, and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain training records, lesson plans, and competency checklists.
