Qualifications

Must be currently licensed/registered in applicable state and maintain an active nursing license (RN or LPN) in good standing.

Dependable attendance and consistent reliability are essential.
Knowledge of infection prevention and ability to lead training programs.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training and in-service programs.
Maintain associate training and in-service records.
Collaborate on interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
Implement and monitor education programs aligned with standards and policies.
Attend to compliance and support floor staff on educational needs.
