Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health-related field is preferred.
• Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) preferred.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred) and current health-related licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the infection control program and employee health processes.
• Monitor and analyze infection data to identify trends and risk factors.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, TJC, CDC, OSHA, and state/federal guidelines.
• Develop and implement hospital infection prevention policies.
• Conduct surveillance and reporting of hospital-acquired infections.
• Maintain employee health records and conduct wellness programs.
• Oversee new hire employee health processes.
