Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Infection Preventionist for a skilled nursing facility. You will lead the infection prevention program, develop training, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering safe, high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in infection prevention within a SNF setting. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR or BLS certification must be active.
• Specialized infection prevention training completed within first week of hire.
• Basic computer skills; able to navigate LMS and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the infection prevention and control program across the Community.
• Develop training plans and materials; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans within SNF standards.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure high-quality care delivery.
