CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist to lead surveillance, education, and performance improvement initiatives ensuring patient, staff, and visitor safety through prevention of disease transmission.
You will conduct unit rounds, monitor healthcare-acquired infections, provide expert guidance on infection control protocols, oversee department operations, ensure CMS and accreditation compliance, and coordinate staff training programs.

Every day you will conduct unit rounds, monitor for healthcare-acquired infections, and provide expert clinical guidance on infection control protocols. You will be expected to oversee department operations, ensure compliance with CMS and accreditation standards, and coordinate staff training programs.
To be successful in this role, you must possess deep expertise in APIC-aligned infection prevention practices, have a proven track record of interpreting regulatory guidelines, and demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor clinical staff.
