Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON with nursing education and onboarding of new staff.
• Lead staff education programs and competency assessments.
• Coordinate CPR training and skill validation for clinical staff.
• Develop and audit infection prevention policies and procedures.
• Manage infection data collection and reporting as required.
