Job summary

Northwest Colorado Health's Casey's Pond in Steamboat Springs seeks an Assisted Living Care Partner to provide direct resident care, support daily living activities, and promote safety and comfort under management.

This non-exempt role emphasizes teamwork, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and compassionate service, with required First Aid/CPR and CNA preferred, on-site shifts and resident interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required upon hire.
• Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred.
• Annual TB testing/screening required.

Responsibilities

• Performs/assists with resident direct care needs (bathing, dressing, hygiene) and responds to call lights promptly.
• Maintains resident rooms; makes beds and keeps areas neat and clean.
• Assists residents with self-administration of medications as directed.
• Supports resident-centered activity programs and teamwork within the neighborhood.
• Documents resident information accurately and maintains confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Follows written and verbal directions and communicates professionally with residents and staff.
• Assists with vitals, weights, and other nursing tasks as directed.
• Uses infection control protocols and PPE; reports equipment needs or repairs.
