Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent RN credential.
• Current Montana RN license.
• Infection Prevention Certification (CPI or equivalent).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with recent infection prevention expertise.
• Experience in LTC and Acute Care settings.
• Ability to assist on floor and work independently.
• Strong knowledge of facility protocols and infection control procedures.
• Professional demeanor with ability to follow strict guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment with flexibility in shift start times.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert infection prevention guidance to clinical staff and leadership.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor infection control policies.
• Maintain documentation of infection prevention activities, audits, and compliance metrics.
• Assist on the floor as needed, supporting clinical staff during patient care.
