Job summary

Community Health Network in Indiana is seeking an Infection Control Manager to lead infection prevention across both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will develop programs, monitor epidemiologic trends, and advise leadership on evidence-based interventions to reduce infection risk.

The role requires a 4-year/Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), CIC certification within 3 years of hire, and an RN license with Indiana authority or MT-ASCP/MLS certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree in Public Health or related field preferred.
• CIC certification required within 3 years from hire.
• RN license in Indiana or MT-ASCP/MLS certification or equivalent.
• 2+ years hospital nursing, hospital laboratory, or epidemiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, evaluate, educate and recommend improvements for infection risk reduction across the network.
• Lead infection prevention program aligning with accreditation and licensure standards.
• Collaborate with site and network leadership to set IP strategies and objectives.
• Ensure readiness with CMS, Joint Commission, NQF, ISDH, and other requirements.
