Job summary

AdventHealth Celebration is seeking an Infection Prevention professional to lead program implementation and ongoing improvement. The role collaborates with internal teams and public health partners to enhance IPC outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will develop education programs, monitor surveillance, and contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and quality improvement initiatives at a designated part-time schedule in Celebration, FL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical infection control or public health experience.
• CIC certification preferred.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and report findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IPC program implementation and improvement efforts.
• Monitor IPC compliance and conduct surveillance with epidemiologic tools.
• Develop and deliver IPC education programs for varied audiences.
• Collaborate on antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.
• Perform risk assessments and develop measurable action plans.
• Ensure data integrity for regulatory reporting and benchmarking.
