Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Infection Prevention experience.
• CIC (Certification in Infection Prevention and Control) preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance and reporting of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).
• Track and report data via NHSN and state systems.
• Lead infection prevention rounds and audits.
• Investigate and manage outbreaks.
• Develop and maintain infection prevention policies.
• Chair and facilitate the Infection Control Committee.
• Prepare regulatory and quality reports.
• Maintain the annual Infection Prevention Plan.
