Qualifications

• 2+ years in a clinical setting, infection control or public health required.
• Infection Control Certification (CIC) preferred.
• Experience with IPC surveillance and data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Infection Prevention and Control program.
• Monitor IPC standards and conduct surveillance to detect disease trends and outbreaks.
• Develop IPC education programs and provide expert guidance to interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform risk assessments, create action plans, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on antimicrobial stewardship programs.
