The role oversees employee health, immunizations, and respiratory protection programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and audits. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to reduce infection risk, improve workforce health, and support readiness for surveys and public health

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Maryland or compact state.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certificate required.
• Infection control experience a plus.
• Five+ years in healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains infection prevention policies aligned with regulatory standards.
• Supports surveillance, data analysis, and reporting for infection prevention.
• Oversees employee health programs including vaccination and respiratory testing.
• Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams for audit readiness and compliance.
• Provides education and training on infection prevention practices for staff.
