Bethesda Health Group is seeking an experienced Infection Prevention Nurse to collaborate with facility leadership and medical director. You will develop and evaluate the annual infection control plan, lead antibiotic stewardship, and oversee vaccination programs for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include surveillance of infections, outbreak monitoring, staff education, and participation in the QAPI committee.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in good standing.
• Infection prevention experience in skilled nursing required.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and evaluate annual infection control plan.
• Oversee isolation, vaccination and antibiotic stewardship programs.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and staff education.
