The role emphasizes clinical leadership, direct patient care, triage, immunizations, and collaboration with the center manager to ensure safe, efficient service delivery. Maryland RN licensure and infectious disease experience are required.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required; compact state acceptable.
• ASN or BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Infectious disease experience required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and perform assessments.
• Conduct triage by phone and in person.
• Train and supervise medical assistants; ensure standing orders.
• Oversee immunizations, labs, inventory, and vaccines handling.
• Serve as clinical lead with center manager.
