Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. is seeking an Infection Prevention & Employee Health Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for infection prevention, employee health, and surveillance across the organization.

You will develop and implement evidence‑based programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive readiness for audits with interdisciplinary collaboration. The role oversees vaccination, respiratory protection, and training programs, partnering with clinical and administrative

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nursing License in the State of Maryland or compact state required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in infection control and employee health a plus.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Certification in Infection Control preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of healthcare experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains infection prevention policies in line with regulatory standards.
• Ensures readiness for The Joint Commission surveys and accreditation activities.
• Oversees CDC, CMS, and applicable infection prevention requirements.
• Monitors adherence via audits and surveillance with corrective actions as needed.
• Leads infection control surveillance, data analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• Provides education to health care workers on infection prevention practices.
• Serves as Infection Control Officer and Respiratory Program Administrator.
• Coordinates annual Infection Control Risk Assessments and related plans.
