Marimn Health seeks an RN qualified in infection control and employee health coordination for our clinic in Plummer, ID. The role requires Idaho licensure, advanced degree, and 2+ years in infection control or healthcare epidemiology.

Responsibilities include leading infection prevention initiatives, coordinating employee health programs, and ensuring compliance with CDC, AAAHC, CMS, and OSHA standards. Cross-training within Nursing supports staffing flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in Idaho current or able to obtain/maintain licensure.
• Two years’ experience in infection control, healthcare epidemiology, employee health, nursing, or related field.
• Knowledge of DHHS, HRSA, CMS, CDC, OSHA policies/guidelines.
• Annual infection control training and continuing education required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a resource for infection prevention and control across departments.
• Oversee Infection Control Plan and Exposure Control Plan maintenance.
• Ensure CDC guidelines and regulatory requirements compliance (CDC, AAAHC, CMS, OSHA).
• Provide leadership for Infection Control programs and employee health initiatives.
• Educate staff on infection prevention principles and training programs.
